Is there a down payment or deposit required to make a reservation?
There is no down payment or deposit required. Setting up a reservation is free of charge. At the time of move-in, we do charge a one-time administration fee.
How does the special work?
We prorate your first month’s rent using the standard unit rate from the day you move in. Our specials start in the second month and run for the applicable duration. After the special ends, the unit will go back to the Standard Rate.
What are the office hours?
Our office is open Sunday from 10AM to 4PM, and Monday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM. We are closed on all major holidays.
When can I access my belongings?
Access your belongings 7 days a week between 7AM and 7PM.
Am I required to store long-term?
You’re never required to store with us long-term. We offer month-to-month leases.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card. Speak with a manager about auto-pay.
What security features do you offer?
Madera Secure Storage is a state-of-the-art storage facility equipped with 24-hour video monitoring and digital keypad entry.
